Going to stay under 1000 today too, doing this all week and we’ll see what happens. :) hour and a half workout tonight too! I don’t wanna restrict too much cause I cannot afford a binge. :(

I wanted to write it down so I would remember and have a plan to stick to. Should take me a while, already did 20 mins but fiance’s friend came over, will finish when he leaves.

Yay!! I maintained a weight of 148.6 for two days!!! I’m in the 140’s now! Soon I will be in the lower 140’s, then reach my first GW of 140!!! It’s so close I can feel it! Today is so beautiful outside too, gonna take advantage of this lovely weather and burn some cals! Good luck beautifuls! Remember Spring is just around the corner.
